The conditions under which this platform is offered and used.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this platform is to facilitate connections between organizations that raise challenges and stakeholders that offer capabilities to address them, within the open innovation ecosystem promoted by CANIETI.
2. Nature of the service
CANIETI acts as an orchestrator and facilitator. It is not a party to the agreements entered into among connected organizations, it does not guarantee the results of any project, and it assumes no responsibility for the technical, commercial or contractual performance of participants.
3. Status of initiatives
The initiatives described on this platform show their real status. Those marked as “concept,” “in design” or “in validation” do not constitute active programs, open calls or funding commitments. No information published here should be interpreted as a binding offer.
4. Information provided by users
Anyone who registers a challenge or a capability declares that the information is truthful and that they have the authority to share it. No confidential third-party information, personal data of other individuals, or trade secrets may be included without authorization.
5. Intellectual property
The content, trademarks and graphic elements of this platform are the property of CANIETI or their respective owners. Intellectual property generated in projects arising from a connection is defined among the participating organizations before the pilot begins, through the instruments they agree upon.
6. Permitted use
The platform must be used in accordance with the law and these terms. It is prohibited to attempt to breach its security, extract data automatically without authorization, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
7. Availability
The service is offered “as is.” CANIETI will strive for its continuous availability, without this constituting a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
8. Content generated with artificial intelligence
The images and video on this platform are illustrative material generated with artificial intelligence tools. They do not document real facilities, people, projects or results. Their provenance is recorded in the project's documentation.
9. Modifications
These terms may be updated. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Mexican law.
